An application authorizing the release of your information and a processing fee will be required.
- Complete the Certification and Exam Verification application through the Louisiana Educator Portal.
- Clarify your request for verification and where the information needs to be sent. Both the request and location to be sent can be entered in the box provided on the application and/or a form to be completed may be included. If there is no form to be completed, be very specific on what information should be included in a letter.
- If a specific form is required, include the form with any personal identifying information (name, address, etc.) already completed.
- Check Out and pay the $25 processing fee.
- Submit the application. Requests are processed in the order received.

Our office can only verify certification type, status, areas, and test results. If you need experience or years of service verified, please contact your employing school(s) / school system(s) to complete experience verification.
