TeachLALive! Payments: If you made a payment through the TeachLALive! Payment Portal and saved the payment success screen when it displayed, that is sufficient for our office. If you did not, we recommend that you check your Spam / Junk folder for the confirmation email. You might also search your mailbox for "LDOETeacherCertification@billerpayments.com" which is the address the receipt would have been sent from.
If you are unable to locate the receipt, please use the Submit a Request link above or below this article to request a copy of the receipt. To locate your receipt, our office will need the date of the transaction, the name on the card used, and the last 4 digits of the card number. The confirmation number could also be included if you have it. We will forward the request to the accounting team to locate your transaction details and send a copy of the receipt.
Louisiana Educator Portal Payments: If you made a payment using Check Out on an application in the Louisiana Educator Portal, the receipt is saved with the application.
Login to the Louisiana Educator Portal.
- Select Online Applications for Certification from the left application menu.
- Click Review on the application for which the payment was made.
- Select Confirmation of Payment from the left navigation menu.
- Use the Export to PDF button in the upper right corner if you wish to download a copy of the receipt.
