The state Accounting Department does not allow us to issue refunds. If a payment was made through the TeachLALive! Payment Portal for an application that was never submitted, you may save your receipt to be used for a future request with our office. The payment does not expire. Please keep the payment receipt to submit with your next certification request.
Payments made through the Louisiana Educator Portal (LEP) to submit an application are non-refundable and cannot be reused for another application. All applications submitted through LEP are processed as submitted.
